Dustin Flint graduated in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and attended law school at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, graduating in 2006. He began his career in practicing in New Orleans representing clients in federal courts throughout the United States. Dustin spent five years representing insurance companies in subrogation cases focusing primarily on products liability litigation in both state and federal courts. Dustin joined the firm in 2012.
Dustin Flint’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation, longshore, personal injury, maritime personal injury and employee wage matters. Dustin also represents clients in a variety of additional general and complex litigation cases. Dustin’s practice is state-wide and he has handled jury trials and bench trials in most of the state and federal courts in Louisiana and all of the workers’ compensation courts in Louisiana.
Dustin has been named to the 2015 & 2016 Louisiana Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Louisiana; an honor that is limited to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. Dustin lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and two daughters.
