Dustin Flint is a partner with Williamson, Campbell & Whittington, LLC, where his practice focuses on representing injured workers, maritime employees, and individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. He regularly handles workers’ compensation claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, personal injury cases, and employee wage disputes throughout Louisiana.
Dustin earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University before obtaining his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2006. Since then, he has devoted his career to litigation, representing clients in courts across Louisiana and throughout the Gulf Coast region.
Before joining Williamson, Campbell & Whittington in 2012, Dustin spent five years handling complex subrogation and product liability litigation in state and federal courts. His experience representing insurance companies early in his career provides valuable insight into how claims are investigated, evaluated, and defended—knowledge he now uses to advocate for injured workers and their families.
Over the course of nearly two decades in practice, Dustin has represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, administrative proceedings, mediations, and appeals. He has appeared before workers’ compensation courts throughout Louisiana and has litigated cases in state and federal courts across the state.
Dustin is known for providing straightforward advice, thorough preparation, and aggressive representation. He works closely with his clients to navigate difficult circumstances and pursue the benefits and compensation they are entitled to receive. Whether handling a disputed workers’ compensation claim, a serious personal injury case, a maritime injury claim, or an employee wage dispute, Dustin is committed to delivering practical solutions and personal attention to every client he represents.
Dustin lives in Baton Rouge with his wife and three daughters.
